Since 2004 APJ has been running a series of real estate investment funds. Equity capital under management currently amounts to Yen 46 billion (US$460 million).
Asset Management
Since APJ’s inception of its asset management service it has steadily strengthened its asset management team in tandem with its strong growth of assets under management (“AUM”). Not only strengthening its front-line professional asset managers, it has enhanced its supporting teams handing various aspects of the discipline such as financial control, reporting, legal and compliance. It is now equipped with the highest levels of licenses and registrations under the current laws and regulations requiring the depth of qualified professionals and rigorous internal controls. Its current AUM is approximately Yen 130 billion (or US$ 1.3 billion)
